Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Planazing mobile application ("the App") operated by Luigi Trevisi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Planazing is a travel planning app for photographers. It allows you to create travels, save locations with metadata (coordinates, seasonal times, conditions, equipment), upload photos, and collaborate with other users in real time.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including travels, locations, photos, notes, and profile information ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the App and enable collaboration features. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create. You must not upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, defamatory, or obscene material
• Includes personal information of others without their consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Luigi Trevisi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

The App uses Tabler Icons under the MIT License (Copyright © 2020-2024 Paweł Kuna).

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the App (Settings → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, uploaded images, bookmarks, and push notification tokens. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Weather data, map information, and location coordinates are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify conditions independently before traveling.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
